Growing up, I spent many summers on my grandparents' farm, where I learned the value of hard work and the joy of cultivating the Earth. I delighted in watching the crops sprout and grow. My grandmother taught me how to prepare delicious meals with our homegrown ingredients. I owe my life and work ethic to those childhood memories, which have stayed with me and continue to inspire my love for cooking and sharing food with others.
In 2013, I decided to move to London to pursue my career as a chef. Just a day before Christmas Eve, I took a job at one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants. My passion for cooking became a driving force, and I was determined to continue growing as a chef.
My perspective on life and food also changed when I started to travel. I became fully immersed in the cuisines of various countries, eating everything from pizza in Napoli to Pad Thai in Bangkok.
In 2020, I decided to move to Atlanta. Currently, I am working at a fine dining restaurant, exploring modern American cuisine with a touch of Southern influence.
